Sa-ta-andagi is a deep fried pastry-like donut is made with flour, egg, and sugar. It is about a fist size with a firm hearty dough. Since it is so fulfilling, it is good while driving or for a snack.. Also there is Sa-ta-andagi kneaded with black sesame or beniimo (purple sweet potato).
