This unbearably soft side dish is very popular in Okinawa

This dish is made by deep frying steamed Taimo kneaded with shiitake mushrooms, kamaboko (fish cake) and pork. It's texture is just like a croquette and it is often eaten with salt. Taimo's taste is similar to taro and Okinawan people love this delicious cuisine with it's soft texture.
