Mizuho Shuzo (瑞穂酒造)

Cultivate the tradition of “Koshu no Mizuho” at the biggest basement tank in Okinawa.

This historic sake brewery has been founded since 1848, and taken over the history of Shurisanka which was permitted to manufacture Awamori during Ryukyu Dynasty. “Tenryugura”, completed in 1969, is named after the dream late owner had that a dragon came down to the brewery and drank it up because Awamori was so tasty. This brewery has a 640,000 liter tank, the biggest in Okinawa, and store and ship out good-quality Koshu by keeping low temperature. The taste has been valued highly enough to be called “Koshu no Mizuho” because we has manufactured Koshu so carefully.
